A. The agreement
lanternlinerail.com (“Lantern Line”, “the network”, “we”) is run by the operator of lanternlinerail.com. By using any part of the site you agree to these terms.
B. Who may ride
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use Lantern Line.
C. About Play Credits
- All games run on Play Credits, which we hand out free.
- Play Credits are not money, not credit and not property of any kind, and they carry no monetary value.
- You cannot purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange them for cash, goods, services or prizes. Nothing on the site is for sale.
- We offer no prizes of value. Stamping a station on your travel pass is a bookmark, nothing more.
- We may change or reset balances, levels and features whenever we need to.
D. Not a gambling site
We do not provide or advertise gambling for money, and we never link to gambling operators.
E. Accounts
- Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
- Keep your password secret; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Closing your account from your account page takes effect at once.
- We may suspend accounts used to cause disruption or that we believe are held by under-18s.
F. Fair use
Please do not interfere with the site, run bots or scripts against it, offer Play Credits for trade, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.
G. Service and responsibility
We provide the site “as is” and it may change without notice. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited.
H. Governing law
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
